The Student Model Application

Student Model Photo Shoots

If the Student Model application process scares you, don’t worry! It’s not that scary! I have an application to make sure that the students who join are the right fit. It shows that you’re serious about committing to the program. There’s also paperwork in the application so we don’t have to add in extra steps if you’re accepted.

Basic Student Model Information

This is all about your contact information and other basics, like birthdays, school, etc. This gives me information to use for posts, and blogs and the best way to contact you.

I also want to make sure that I can follow you on Instagram and if you have a Facebook or if you’re willing to create one. I’m in the works to get off Facebook, but in the meantime, the program utilizes Facebook Groups and Messenger.

You’ll also be asked if you’d like senior portrait information when the time comes so I know who to send information to.

You’ll also have the opportunity to tell me how you heard about the program. If you heard about it from a friend, they get a kickback for the referral.

About You Section

This short section in the student model application is all about getting to know you and your style. This is mostly used for blogs and posts. I ask that you fill this out with as much detail about yourself as possible.

Scheduling Section

This area has 3 questions regarding your schedule and your ability to commit to shoots. I need my Student Models to understand that they must be active and schedule at least 1 shoot every 3 months. I also need those with jobs to understand the requirements when it comes work and photo shoots. You’ll also be able to check the months you’re super busy.

Model Release and Contact

Please read through the contract and model release. The contract outlines all the polices for the Student Model Program. The Model Release allows me to use images on Facebook, Instagram and other promotional purposes. Student Models must have a signature from a parent or guardian if they are under 18 years old. Without this signature, you will not be accepted.

The last section of the application

This is to let you know what to expect next and the steps going forward. You’ll receive a mini session with a relative as your first session with me (I call this the Intro Session) and you’ll select who is getting photos taken with you.

You’ll also be able to ask me questions or state any concerns in your application and I can answer them for you.

See that’s not so scary! If you’re ready to join the program, click here to get started!

The Student Model Program

On top of photos and photoshoots, the students also receive some other perks; Cash referrals, discounts, and complimentary sports and prom photos.
